Meet upcoming music artist "DOWE"

Meet upcoming 18yr old Nigerian music artist Biyere Victor Ebidouwei A.K.A Dowe, from Bayelsa state. He is currently a student enrolled at The University Of Lagos majoring as a diploma student in political science. 

His new single entitled "Close Markin" features J4, who is a freshman at Unilag majoring in Botany.

Dowe is currently not signed to any record label.
