My name is Lase , and I am the Miss Omolewa 2010.

Being crowned Miss Omolewa 2010 seems like a dream to me. it is a once in a life time opportunity and I was the lucky one to have it this year. I really do plan to have fun ,make the best of the year and acquire as much knowledge as I can travelling the country and fulfilling my duties. 

I have been taught that it doesn't matter how young you are , you can make a difference in the World. With the Miss Omolewa crown , I intend to do just that this year. As my adventure begins, I know I will grow as a person with more compassion and experiences I have only dreamt about. I feel truly privileged to work with so many outstanding children organisations: The love of A Child Foundation, kids2teens, Lifting Our Community, Thavma Foundation and HIV/AIDS organisation. 

There are so many people to thank. First the Miss Omolewa organisation and Ayotunde Twitch for giving me the opportunity to live out my dream, Moyin Miss omolewa, Bola Sanni , Tunji , Oluyide, Toun Olagbegi , Chris Onanuga A.K.A TRENDS by Bukchris, Ngozi Otti, Mum and Dad for pledging to be there every step of the way. I am positive your love will fuel me with energy when I need it the most.

What Is The Normal Size?

Trends by Bukchris recently got a message from one of our readers asking what the normal size is. In my bid to answer this question, I decided to write up this post to answer the question. Here are my opinions and findings after doing some research on the internet.

At a point, just about every guy wonders how he measures up in the "down-there" department at one time or another.

There's a fairly wide range of normal penis sizes just as there is for every other body part. And just like other parts of the body, how a penis appears at different stages of a guy's life varies quite a bit. You wouldn't expect someone who is 11 years old to look the same as someone who's 20 years.

The "Man business" come in different sizes, shapes, and colours. These traits are hereditary, like eye colour or foot size, and there's nothing you can do to change them. Despite what you may hear or read, no special exercises, supplements, or diets will speed up the development process or change a guy's size. Also, like his feet, a guy's penis may appear smaller to him just because the perspective is different when he's looking down. And there's a lot less difference in penis size between guys when they get an erection than when their penises are relaxed so don't judge the true size of a penis while it is flaccid. Sometimes guys with relatively small flaccid penises grow to a larger size when erect, while their larger counterparts don't show as much growth when aroused.

In addition to size, guys also wonder about other aspects of how their penises look, such as whether the skin covering the penis is normal or if it's OK for a guy's penis to hang to the left or right (it is!). If you're concerned about how your penis looks, ask your doctor.

Some facts you should know about size

• The average penis is five to seven inches (127 to 178 mm)long when erect (measured from the tip of the penis head to the abdomen).

• The average circumference of a penis is near 5 inches or 127 mm around.

• Don't believe the hype. There isn't a single person on this planet that hasn't heard general statements relating penis size to race and ethnicity. Though in some cases the generalizations are true, they are merely stereotypes. There are men in all ethnic groups that negate such generalizations. In other words, don't judge a book by its cover! You may be disappointed with the results or pleasantly surprised.

In a bid to really find out why the National University Commission (NUC) has asked the management of Lead City University to shut down her Law Program and Post Graduate School, we at TRENDS by Bukchris carried out our investigations and we were somehow able to get some tangible information from one of Lead City’s University top staff who pleaded to remain anonymous.

Our finding gathered that Prof. Jide Owoeye and Prof. Okogie used to be best of friends once upon a time. As at the take off of the university in 2005, Prof. Okogie had proposed to Prof. Owoeye to start a Faculty of Agricultural Science and also demanded that all fees gotten from the Faculty be given to him as a consolation price. Prof. Jide Owoeye bluntly refused the proposal and that was where the beef started between both parties.

As NUC’s secretary, Prof. Okogie was alleged to have promised to frustrate the University Management if his demand was not met by Prof. Owoeye. This he has successfully done in terms of accreditation of the Law program and Post Graduate School and probably some other university programs.

Speaking of accreditation, the university reported that in 2008, a team from NUC visited the university to carry out the process of accreditation on her Law program. The team marked the university high and approved the Law program only to with draw their decision based on the fact that members of the Council of Legal Education did not constitute the team that has visited from NUC.

Gays pledge support for Atiku

Barely 24 hours to the conduct of the Peoples Democratic Party Presidential Primary election, gays, under the umbrella of National Gay Forum, have expressed support for former Vice President Atiku Abubakar.

The group urged Nigerians to support Atiku’s aspiration to rule the country, stressing that he possessed the acumen to turn the fortunes of the country around for the better.

Addressing a press conference on Tuesday at the Agura Hotel in Abuja, spokesmen of the group, Victor Labelle and Freedom Awuke, said that in view of the meaningful contributions of the former vice president to national development, it had become imperative for PDP delegates to cast their votes for him at the party primary election on Thursday (tomorrow) as well as in the April elections.

Labelle said the gay group was exercising its fundamental human right of freedom of association as obtainable in the United States, France and other European nations where gays usually express their political affiliations.

That Lead City University is currently going through one of her hardest times is already stale news as media houses has broadcasted, published both on the web and in prints the issues facing the University Management and the National University Commission (NUC).

CRISIS ROCK LEAD CITY UNIVERSITY AS NUC THREATEN'S TO WITH DRAW UNIVERSITY'S LICENCE

The National University Commission, on Monday has threatened to with draw the licence of the university in two weeks if the university fails to close down it's Law faculty (program) and Post Graduate School allegedly run illegally.

The commission has also declared all certificates obtained by students from the two programmes illegal and would not be recognised for the purpose of employment or further studies, saying students undergoing courses in the programmes mentioned above do that at their own rick.

TRENDS by Bukchris got inside gist that the management had previously denied the development and asked students not to panic as the move was politically motivated. The Chairman of the university's governing board Prof. Jide Owoeye in a meeting with the students of the affected faculties was quoted telling students they had gotten some very invalid information. He also said the development was as a result of the rift between himself and the NUC's chairman.

Student of the affected faculties staged a peaceful protest in the university blocking the main entrances to the university campus and flying placards asking the university management to manage the situation to the best of their ability as they have invested millions, their time, and efforts into the program. 

Professor Bichi said the NUC was miffed and embarrassed that in spite of several directives given to the management of Lead City University to close down the Law Faculty and the School of Postgraduate Studies, the institution had gone ahead to graduate students from the two schools.

Handing down the warning, he said: “The National Universities Commission maintains that the Postgraduate School and Faculty of Law of the Lead City University are illegal and must be closed down immediately. Failure will leave NUC with no option but to begin the process of closing down Lead City University.”

Meanwhile, the Director of Corporate Affairs and Communications of the institution, Dr Abayomi Owolabi, described the NUC’s position as not in the best interest of the development of the nation’s education sector, accusing the NUC’s executive secretary, Professor Okojie, of deliberately trying to frustrate the efforts of the institution. He appealed to the NUC boss to have the interest of the students and the nation at large at heart in the way he is handling the issue.

“It is our fervent hope that the appropriate authorities will call Professor Julius Okojie to order at this time. We are shocked and we regret the contradiction between the current posture of Professor Okojie and President Goodluck Jonathan’s much acclaimed policy of expanding access of Nigerians to university education,” he said.

On the 23rd of October 2010, Olawale Bello beat nine other guys at the finals to became the first ever Mr Ideal Nigeria. Before I go on and on about Wale , let me tell you a little about the Mr Ideal Nigeria pageant. The Mr Ideal is organised by Twitch events.The Mr Ideal's primary goal is to encourage the Nigerian youth to come up with their own business, and employ other youths rather than wait for the government and other companies to give them a job. 

Olawale Bello is a 23 year old model who studies at Olabisi Onabanjo University in Ogun state and resides in Lagos.

Looks like Willow Smith might have some competition. 

P Diddy's impossibly cute daughter Chance Coombs has inherited her famous dad's love of music – and the evidence is on YouTube.

Diddy filmed his four-year-old singing Feliz Navidad (Merry Christmas) on a tiny pink piano. 

Cute as a button in a black beret and white shirt, the youngster bashes away at the piano while she sings, frequently turning to look at the camera. 

She wraps up the performance by blowing a kiss. 

Diddy – real name Sean Combs - linked to the video from his Twitter account saying "My little princess Chance Combs!" 

The little girl is the result of a brief relationship he had with Atlanta photographer Jessica Chapman.

Michael Jackson's doctor accused of hiding drugs

Michael Jackson's doctor has been accused of hiding bottles of drugs and misinforming paramedics, as the hearing continues into the singer's death. 

A paramedic who treated the pop superstar on the day he died described his interaction with Dr Conrad Murray (pictured) as he tried to revive Michael. 

He said: "I asked Dr Murray 'Did you give him these drugs?' and he said 'No'. He scooped them off the floor and put them in a black bag." 

The paramedic also said the 57-year-old doctor denied giving Michael any medication at all. 

He said: "We asked if the patient was on any medications or any recreational drugs and the answer was 'No'". 

The preliminary hearing will decide whether there is enough evidence for a full trial of Dr Murray. He has already denied involuntary manslaughter.
